المقدمة | Introduction

تلتزم منصة مضيء (MSSA) بحماية خصوصية بيانات مستخدميها (عملاء وفنيين). توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع البيانات واستخدامها وحمايتها بما يتوافق مع أنظمة الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) ومتطلبات متاجر التطبيقات.

Mudee (MSSA) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users (customers and technicians). This policy explains how data is collected, used, and protected in compliance with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) and app store requirements.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها | Data Collection

• الموقع الجغرافي (Location Data): نجمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي للفنيين في الخلفية لضمان وصول الفني للموقع الصحيح وتتبع حالة الطلب. بالنسبة للعملاء، نطلب الموقع لتحديد مكان تقديم الخدمة.
  We collect location data from technicians in the background to ensure they reach the correct site and to track order progress. Customers are asked for location to determine the service address.
• معلومات الاتصال (Contact Information): نجمع رقم الجوال والاسم لتفعيل الحساب عبر OTP والتواصل بخصوص التذاكر.
  We collect mobile number and name for OTP account activation and ticket-related communication.
• الصور (Images): نطلب الوصول للكاميرا لرفع صور "قبل وبعد" الإصلاح لضمان جودة الخدمة والتوثيق.
  We request camera access to upload before/after repair photos for quality assurance and documentation.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك | Data Usage

• تسهيل عملية الربط بين العميل والفني. | Facilitating matching between customer and technician.
• إصدار الفواتير وضمان الحقوق المالية. | Issuing invoices and protecting financial rights.
• تقديم الدعم الفني وحل النزاعات. | Providing technical support and resolving disputes.

3. مشاركة البيانات | Data Sharing

لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك لأي جهة خارجية. يتم مشاركة موقع العميل ورقم جواله مع الفني المعين للطلب فقط لغرض تنفيذ الخدمة.

We do not sell your data to any third party. The customer's location and mobile number are shared only with the assigned technician for the purpose of completing the service.

4. حقوق المستخدم | User Rights

يحق للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه وبياناته في أي وقت عبر إرسال طلب للدعم الفني من خلال التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني:

Users have the right to request deletion of their account and data at any time by contacting support through the app or email at info@mssa.sa.
